This is more than a yoga class, it’s a sacred circle. A space for you to gather, soften, and return to your natural rhythm. Here, we honour the wisdom of the body, the power of presence, and the beauty of slowing down.

We move away from pressure and performance, and into flow, feeling, and receptivity, nothing is forced, and everything is welcomed.
Expect slow, sensual movement, moments of deep stillness, and nourishing rest. Each class closes with an extended Savasana, where you’ll be invited to fully receive, with an optional head massage to support deep relaxation.

EMBODIED
MOVEMENTFREEDOM
For over 10 years, I’ve guided women back to their bodies through gentle, trauma-informed yoga. My work weaves together Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Goddess Flow with Movement Medicine and biodynamic healing.
I offer divine feminine guidance, holding a safe and nurturing space for women to soften, listen, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
Alongside yoga, I share holistic practices including Indian head massage, reflexology, and energy healing, creating experiences that are intuitive, restorative, and deeply personal.
As a mother of two grown daughters, and with a background in Art Therapy (BA Hons), I bring warmth, creativity, and a depth of care to every space I hold.
