Cancellation Policy 

Please see below cancellation policies for Retreats, Healing, Courses and Ceremonies. 

Retreat Cancellations

Fees for all the retreats are non-refundable. We are not able to make any exceptions to this no-refund policy, not even for personal emergencies, and for this reason we strongly advise you to take out travel insurance to protect yourself against illness, emergencies and changes in your circumstances. 

In the unfortunate event you are unable to attend the retreat you may transfer your retreat place to a friend, subject to our prior approval of your replacement or you can choose to offer your place as a special bursary to a suitable woman selected by us in need of this retreat.
 
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the retreat for any reason then you are entitled to a refund of the balance minus the deposit. 

Healing Cancellations

 If you cancel your healing treatment within 72 hours then the full fee will still be expected. 

In the unfortunate event you are unable to attend your healing treatment within 72 hour notice you may transfer your healing treatment to a friend or family member, subject to our prior approval of your replacement.
 

Course Cancellations

Fees for courses are non-refundable. We are not able to make any exceptions to this no-refund policy, not even for personal emergencies.

In the unfortunate event you are unable to attend the wholes course you may transfer your place to a friend, subject to our prior approval of your replacement or you can choose to offer your place as a special bursary to a suitable woman selected by us in need of this course.
 
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the course for any reason then you are entitled to a refund of the balance minus the deposit. 

Ceremony Cancellations

Deposits taken on booking are non-refundable. In cancelled within 2 weeks of the ceremony date then the full fee will still be required. We are not able to make any exceptions to this cancellation policy, not even for personal emergencies.
 
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the ceremony for any reason then you are entitled to a refund of the balance minus the deposit.
