Recipe
How to make the perfect cup of The Modern Goddess Cacao.
Recipe for 1 person
42g for full ceremonial dose
Or 20-25g for a daily dose
Pour 250ml of filtered water or plant-based milk such as coconut, oat, rice or hemp (do not use dairy or soy) into a pan and heat until simmering before adding your Cacao. Stir with a wooden spoon or whisk. As the Cacao begins to melt spend some time to stir in your intentions, affirmations, prayers, poems and songs. Infuse your Cacao with love until the Cacao is fully melted and ready to drink.
You can sweeten with: Maple syrup,
Coconut sugar, Agave nectar, Date syrup.
Add creaminess with: Organic Coconut oil, Coconut cream.
Decorate with: Chilli flakes, Dried Rose buds, Cinnamon, Jasmine flowers, Blue lotus flowers, Mint leaves
Add flavour with: Cayenne pepper, Chilli powder, Cinnamon, Food grade essential oils, Orange, mint, Lavender or Rose(Just 1 drop), Vanilla extract, Rose water, Orange blossom water.
Suggestions for creating your Ritual
You may wish to light a candle, meditate, pull an oracle card and spend some time journalling as you drink your Cacao.
Heart Opening Meditation
Sit with your ready made cup of The Modern Goddess Cacao in your hands at the level of your heart. Close your eyes and breath in the beautiful aroma. Connect with your heart space and as you exhale, feel the love from your heart being transmitted through your arms, into your hands and into your Cacao, as you inhale feel that love, power and healing being returned to you. As you continue to breathe this circle of love, feel the expansion and softening of your heart, allow it to bring you back to your essence.
